Careyn Cares

Employer branding is what makes you interesting and distinctive for potential employees and for your current employees. With the right employer branding you know how to get and maintain a preferred position with your company in the mindset of your employees and with possible new talent. In addition, when your employer branding is well developed, it is much easier to immediately attract the right people. For care institution Careyn we have recently been busy with the re-branding of their recruitment department. During the branding sessions we asked ourselves, among other things: Why should the younger generations, with all their problems today, care about an aging society that needs to be taken care of? Our research during the branding process showed that especially meaningful work, flexible work, contributing to something bigger than yourself, connection and development opportunities are considered important by the target group. Caring for others as a profession is not easy. Careyn knows that it can be difficult at times, but also that it can be a very rewarding experience. They understand that care is much more than just providing a service. Healthcare providers are the common thread that connects everything. Those who make the mission possible by caring for the people who need it most. That is why it was decided to incorporate a common thread as a supporting element in the graphic identity for the branding. This common thread not only reinforces the brand message of interconnectedness and support, but also adds movement to Careyn's identity. We incorporated this into the logo and the set of illustrations that can be used on, for example, the website and printed matter.
